Making a Claim Yourself
Good to know: The FCA has set up a free motor finance commission redress scheme (PS26/3, 30 March 2026). The scheme is currently paused because of a legal challenge, so payouts are delayed. You can still complain to your lender now, for free. If you're not happy with the lender's response, you can take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for free. If a firm has failed and you're eligible, you can claim through the FSCS for free. We are a Claims Management Company (CMC). You don't need to use a CMC. It's optional. We only charge if your claim succeeds (fees range from 18% to 36% including VAT of your compensation). See "our fees" for details.
